Styccobond F46 Pressure Sensitive Vinyl Adhesive

Styccobond F46 is a solvent-free, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive that dries to a permanent tacky film. It is designed to reduce the incidence of trowel serrations shadowing through thin vinyl flooring and provides a strong initial tack and high bond strength. This adhesive has an infinite open time, excellent plasticiser resistance, and is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems. It's also approved for use in marine floor installations.

Coverage Rates:

• Up to 5m² per litre with a 1.5mm x 5mm trowel.

• Up to 4m² per litre with a STYCCOBOND A1 fine notched trowel.

• Up to 3m² per litre with a STYCCOBOND A2 'V' notched trowel.

Styccobond F46 is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations and can be applied to various subfloors, including concrete, sand/cement screed, plywood, flooring grade chipboard, and hardboard. It maintains its effectiveness with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers stored in good conditions.

This adhesive is ideal for both immediate and future projects, providing a reliable solution for high-quality vinyl flooring installations.
