STOPGAP 1500 is a professional, high-performance floor levelling and smoothing compound for preparing sound internal subfloors before installing LVT, vinyl, carpet and other floorcoverings. Its fast-drying, self-smoothing formula can be applied directly over well-bonded bitumen, carpet tile tackifier and ceramic tile adhesive residues, reducing the need for mechanical removal or additional priming.

The water-mix formulation is suitable for concrete, sand and cement screeds, terrazzo, asphalt, steel, ceramic tiles, resin surfaces and STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes. It can also be used to patch timber floors before overlaying with plywood and is suitable for clinical, commercial, marine and biologically sensitive environments.
