ARDITEX CL PLUS LATEX is the liquid component of the ARDITEX CL PLUS two-part latex levelling and smoothing system. Engineered for superior flow and application properties, it is designed to be mixed with ARDITEX CL PLUS POWDER to create a high-performance, self-smoothing compound for subfloor preparation prior to the installation of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) and other floor finishes.
The mixed system sets quickly—allowing foot traffic after just 2 hours—and supports floorcovering installation in as little as 8 hours, making it an ideal solution for time-critical projects.
