Cemflow Topping Pigmented 25 kg

Cemflow Topping Pigmented is designed to achieve decorative concrete look floor finishes, suitable for use in a wide range of industrial and commercial environments such as schools, showrooms, galleries, hospitals, factories, warehouses etc. subjected to medium to heavy traffic.

Supplied in a range of decorative colours: Charcoal, Pebble, Flint, Brick, Anthracite.

Coloured industrial grade floor topping.

Designed for application between 5 mm to 15 mm (in one application) to provide a finished industrial floor.

Cemflow Topping Pigmented is a self-smoothing, dimensionally stable, and fast drying industrial grade floor topping designed for upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors in only 2 days.

Cemflow Topping Pigmented is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder.

Typically, Cemflow Topping Pigmented can be pumped up to 1500 m² per day.

Coverage of 600 m² can be achieved when hand applied, dependent upon manpower and equipment used.

Cemflow Topping Pigmented is recommended to be sealed with Cemflow Sealer. 

Cemflow Topping Pigmented is also protein free so may be used in biologically sensitive areas.

A suitable primer must always be applied prior to pouring the smoothing compound. We recommend Cemflow Primer for porous substrates and Strong Coat Epoxy Primer scattered with dry Quartz for weaker substrates. 

Cemflow Topping is suitable for application on to a wide range of well prepared sub-floors, including; sand and cement screeds, concrete, terazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes.

Consumption

A 25kg bag using 4.75 litres of clean water will yield approx. 15.0 litres.

A 25kg pack of Cemflow Topping will cover approximately 3.0m2 at 5mm thickness.

*** Due to most floors being imperfect prior to applying self smoothing compounds, we strongly recommend you considering to order an excess of 3-5% reserve for each project.
