DCP Cemflow Topping Levelling Compound 25 kg

Cemflow Topping Levelling compound is a surfacing, self-smoothing, dimensionally stable, and fast drying compound.

It is suitable for use in various commercial and industrial environments such as warehouses, food processing plants, shops, workshops etc. subjected to medium to heavy traffic.

• Recommended to be sealed for additional protection

• Hand applied - up to 600 m2 per day, subject to thickness and maneuver
• Indoor applications only (Cemflow Exterior can be purchased separately)

A suitable primer must always be applied prior to pouring the smoothing compound. We recommend Neoprene Primer for porous substrates and Strong Coat Epoxy Primer for weaker substrates. 

Cemflow Topping is suitable for application on to a wide range of subfloor types, including; sand and cement screeds, concrete, terazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes.

Consumption

A 25kg bag using 4.75 litres of clean water will yield approx. 15.0 litres.

A 25kg pack of Cemflow Topping will cover approximately 3.0m2 at 5mm thickness.

*** Due to most floors being imperfect prior to applying self smoothing compounds, we strongly recommend you considering to order an excess of 3-5% reserve for each project.
