Kelmore One Coat DPM Fast is a professional, rapid-curing epoxy damp proof membrane and residual moisture suppressant for protecting flooring installations from excess subfloor moisture. It can be used before installing LVT, vinyl, wood flooring, tiles and other floorcoverings, helping prevent moisture-related adhesive and flooring failures in domestic and commercial projects.
By adjusting the application thickness, One Coat DPM Fast can be used either as a surface DPM against rising damp or as a moisture suppressant over concrete and screeds. Once cured, compatible Kelmore levelling compounds or tile adhesives can be applied following the recommended preparation method.
Approximate Coverage
For smooth surfaces, coverage depends on the required moisture protection and trowel size:
- 5kg: approx. 9–12.5m²
- 10kg: approx. 18–25m²
For moisture readings up to 98% RH, approximate coverage is 10.5m² per 5kg or 21m² per 10kg.
