STOPGAP 500 Micro – Ultra-Fine Smoothing Compound
STOPGAP 500 Micro is a rapid-drying, ultra-fine smoothing compound designed for thin surface preparation and finishing before installing LVT, vinyl, carpet, or wood flooring. Ideal for flooring contractors, it creates a feather-edge, ultra-smooth finish on plywood, screeds, and existing smoothing compounds, helping eliminate minor imperfections quickly and efficiently.
With fast setting performance, this micro-coat compound is walkable in as little as 25 minutes and ready for further floor preparation shortly after, making it perfect for fast-track flooring installations. Its protein-free, low odour formulation also makes it suitable for use in sensitive environments such as hospitals and commercial interiors.
