Cemflow Commercial Levelling Compound

Cemflow Commercial is a medium wearing, fast track commercial screed base.

Medium duty self-levelling floor levelling underlayment for soft floor finishes, tiles and resin coatings. Cemflow Commercial is the ideal flooring material for offices, commercial units, schools, hotels and hospitals. 

Due to the high wear resistance Cemflow Commercial can also be used in warehouse and storage environments where medium levels of traffic are expected.

It is used for substrate repairs, levelling and renovating new and existing commercial and industrial interior floors.

• Applied in 0.5 - 20 mm pour in one application
• Fast Drying Technology - foot traffic in 3 hours, light traffic in 1 day
• Can be overcoated after 24 hours of installation*
• Medium  Compressive strength > 30.0 (N/mm²) after 28 days drying period*
• Cemflow Commercial is a self smoothing base screed.
• Can be used as a wearing floor (should be sealed in this case)

Cemflow Commercial is suitable for application on to a wide range of substrates, including; sand and cement screeds, concrete,  terazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes.

Consumption per mm thickness 1.75 kg/m²

A 25kg pack of Cemflow Commerical will cover approximately 4.8 m² at 3mm thickness. 

*** Due to most floors being imperfect prior to applying self smoothing compounds, we strongly recommend you considering to order an excess of 3-5% reserve for each project.
