PU 805 Topcoat is a solvent free, clear polyurethane resin sealer, water-based,UV Stable, flexible, used as top coat for self smoothing resin flooring, microcement and other cemetitious finishes.
PU805 polyurethane top coat sealer is scratch resistant and very easy to install, leaving a beautiful matt with a satin appearance finish, free of roller marks and bubbles.*
PU805 top coat can be a part of the following flooring systems (to be tested prior to using it on your project)
- concrete sealing for a matt finish
- metallic pigments system
- Unicolour and Concrete Look polyurethane systems like comfort floors
- Microcement
- Surfacing Levelling compounds, like Cemflow Topping
It is suitable for both, residential and commercial resin flooring projects.
For a good result a suitable roller should be used. We recommend lint-free Nylon Roller Cover with 6 mm or 8 mm Pile. When applied on MicroCements, you may use a 14 mm Pile Nylon Roller, subject to the substrate porousity.
